Many at times in your life as a Christian, a question always at one point comes in your mind. If Jesus were to ask you today who He is, what would be your answer? Is he just a preacher or a miracle worker. What would your answer be? Thanks be to God for His Holy Spirit whom He has given to us to lead and guide us in the truth. If He lives in you He will always testify of Christ Jesus. However in the chapter below, the disciples of Christ are caught up with this question.  Mathew 16:  13  When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?” 14  They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” 15  “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?” 16  Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” 17  Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to y...

Courtesy: AK Media Paul the apostle of Christ while writing to the Church at Philippi gave clear instructions of what to do to be successful in ministry as a servant of God.  Philippians 2:12-16 12  Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, 13  for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose. 14  Do everything without grumbling or arguing, 15  so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” [ c ] Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky 16  as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain. To be a successful you must:  1.Be consi...

So whenever he came by, he stopped there to eat. 9  She said to her husband, “I know that this man who often comes our way is a holy man of God. 10  Let’s make a small room on the roof and put in it a bed and a table, a chair and a lamp for him. Then he can stay there whenever he comes to us.” This woman lived in Shunem and was a well-to-do woman. She had a husband but no child. Her characteristics from the from the above verse She was rich She was Childless   She was a God fearing woman She was respectful of her husband     One thing we can learn from the shunammite woman is that she was thirsty for holiness and the presence of God. When she found it, she introduced this to her husband. Every time the Bible speaks of a woman as mature Christians we must understand it is speaking about the Church of Jesus Christ...
